Yes, we require a minimum of 4 hours per project. Even if the session is completed in less time, the full 4-hour minimum will be charged. However, the remaining hours can be used to organize additional spaces of your choice, ensuring you get the most value from your session.

We’re happy to work either way based on your comfort level. That said, having you present, especially at the beginning, can help speed up the process during the decluttering phase, since your input is valuable when making decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard. We’ll go over your preferences and level of involvement during the initial consultation, so everything is tailored to fit your needs.

If you're unable to be present for the second-stage consultation, where we work through the decluttering process together, we encourage you to prepare in advance by setting aside any items you'd like to throw away or donate. If parking is required at your property, please arrange a parking space for our team before the session begins. No. We never decide what to discard without your permission. We guide you through the decluttering process while respecting your choices and helping you make decisions that best suit your lifestyle. That said, we generally recommend removing items that are broken, expired, damaged, or no longer functional, such as expired products, torn or unusable items, excess plastic bags, and empty cardboard boxes. For paperwork, old documents, and receipts, we will always set them aside for your review before anything is discarded, ensuring that no important documents are thrown away by mistake.
