Do you offer consultations?

Yes. After receiving all the photos and videos, we'll begin with a consultation to assess your space, discuss your goals, and provide a personalized plan. The best part is that it's free!

Is there a minimum number of hours required to book a session?

Yes, we require a minimum of 4 hours per project. Even if the session is completed in less time, the full 4-hour minimum will be charged. However, the remaining hours can be used to organize additional spaces of your choice, ensuring you get the most value from your session.

Do I need to be present during the organizing sessions?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily! Some clients prefer to be hands-on throughout the process, while others are completely comfortable with us working independently. We’re happy to work either way based on your comfort level.

That said, having you present, especially at the beginning, can help speed up the process during the decluttering phase, since your input is valuable when making decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard. We’ll go over your preferences and level of involvement during the initial consultation, so everything is tailored to fit your needs.

How should I prepare before my appointment?

If you're unable to be present for the second-stage consultation, where we work through the decluttering process together, we encourage you to prepare in advance by setting aside any items you'd like to throw away or donate. This helps us work more efficiently and can reduce the overall time needed to complete your project.

If parking is required at your property, please arrange a parking space for our team before the session begins.

Before we start, please let us know if there are any items, rooms, drawers, or cabinets that you do not want us to move or access. Our organizing process involves opening and assessing all storage areas to create the most effective system, so it's important that any restricted areas are identified in advance.

Please note that we will never discard or donate any personal belongings without your prior approval.

Do I have to throw everything away?

No. We never decide what to discard without your permission. We guide you through the decluttering process while respecting your choices and helping you make decisions that best suit your lifestyle.

That said, we generally recommend removing items that are broken, expired, damaged, or no longer functional, such as expired products, torn or unusable items, excess plastic bags, and empty cardboard boxes. For paperwork, old documents, and receipts, we will always set them aside for your review before anything is discarded, ensuring that no important documents are thrown away by mistake.

We organize spaces of all sizes—from vanity desks and office nooks to bedrooms, home offices, kitchens, closets, storage areas, showrooms, and more. Whether you need help organizing a single cabinet, your entire home, or a complete commercial space, we create functional, organized environments tailored to your needs.

Please Note: Our organizing services have a 4-hour minimum. If your primary project (such as a vanity) takes less than four hours, the remaining time can be used to organize additional spaces of your choice. You’re also welcome to use the extra time to walk through other areas of your home or business with us, where we can share professional organizing tips, suggest improvements, and answer questions—giving you the knowledge and confidence to tackle those spaces on your own if you choose.
